Before Assembly
PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

BEFORE USING PRODUCT
Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure that your product is properly installed. Failure to follow these instructions for the assembly or use of your My Crib™ could result in serious injury or death. The safety of your child is your responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your reference.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Periodically check the product for signs of damage, wear, or missing components. Do not use it if any parts are missing, worn, or damaged. Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach to clean your product.
FABRIC CARE
HAND WASHES ONLY WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND SOAP, AND AIR DRY ONLY. DO NOT MACHINE WASH. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
90 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
If, during the first 90 days after the consumer purchase of the item, under reasonable and non-commercial use and conditions of maintenance, it fails while owned by the original purchaser because of the quality of materials or workmanship of finish and assembly, Regalo International, LLC, will replace or repair it at Regalo’s option. PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED.
Assembling Your My Crib
Before using, insert support tubes into the slots of the pad. Close velcro tabs after inserting tubes.
Fully expand crib by pulling frame outwards.
Push both locking mechanisms down to secure. To close, push both locking mechanisms up.
NOTE:
Do not push the locking mechanism with your foot.
Attach pad insert to velcro strips on the crib.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
FALL HAZARD:
TO HELP PREVENT FALLS, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHEN THE INFANT BEGINS TO PUSH UP ON HANDS AND KNEES OR HAS REACHED 18 LB.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED: IN GAPS BETWEEN EXTRA PADDING AND THE SIDE OF THE BASSINET/CRADLE, AND ON SOFT BEDDING.
- USE ONLY THE PAD PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
- NEVER ADD A PILLOW, COMFORTER, OR ANOTHER MATTRESS FOR PADDING.
- TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SIDS, PEDIATRICIANS RECOMMEND HEALTHY INFANTS BE PLACED ON THEIR BACKS TO SLEEP UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN.
- STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION!
- DO NOT PLACE ITEMS WITH A STRING AROUND A CHILD’S NECK, SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS.
- DO NOT SUSPEND STRINGS OVER A BASSINET OR CRADLE OR ATTACH STRINGS TO TOYS.
