SELECT YOUR FIT
Choose between winged and wingless sport flex fit ear tips that are easy to switch out for maximum security.
ATTACH ENHANCERS
- Gently clip the enhancer onto the earphone.
- Align the notch, and gently clip the ear tip onto the earphone.
- Insert the earphones into your ear and twist into place. Adjust for comfort.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR ACTIVITY
Always-ready neckband features adjustable Flex Zones. Bend the Flex Zones IN for a more secure fit during sport activities. Loosen for all-day comfort.

To pair Bluetooth with the device
The first time you turn your headphone on, go to your device’s Settings menu, then to the Bluetooth section, and select “UA | JBL Flex” from the list.
After first time set up, your headphone will automatically reconnect if your device is nearby with Bluetooth ON. To connect a new device, from Off mode press and hold Play/Pause button for three seconds.
BUTTON COMMANDS
- MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON Siri®/Google Now™: Long press to start. Press again to cancel or exit.
- RUNSAFE™ LED Use the RunSafe LED outside after dark. Press to enable. Press repeatedly to cycle through three different light modes.
- PHONE CONTROL
NOTE: During a call, the Multifunction button mutes your mic instead of adjusting the RunSafe LED. Press again to unmute.
