Shortcut controls
- Adjust volume: Swipe up or down.
- Play/Pause music: Double-tap.
- Answer a call/End a call: Double-tap.
- Reject an incoming call: Press and hold.
- Enable/Disable noise canceling: Press and hold.
You can also customize the double-tap shortcut in HUAWEI AI Life to allow your earphones to switch to the previous or next song, or wake up the voice assistant.
Charging the case
Connect the case to a USB-C cable to charge it. The outer indicator will remain steady when the case is being charged.
Charging the earphones
Place the earphones in the charging case and close the case. They will start charging automatically. The earphones inside will not be charged when the case is open.
Factory reset
Open the case. Press and hold the Function button for 10 until the inner indicator flashes red. The earphones will enter Pairing mode again.
Noise-canceling
- The semi-open active noise cancellation (ANC) earphones perform better at canceling low-frequency noise and cannot completely eliminate noise.
- The noise canceling performance of semi-open ANC earphones depends on the way you wear the earphones. Ensure the earphones fit tightly and securely in your ears to achieve good noise-canceling effects.
