How to Pair / Start to Use

  1. Open charging case with both earbuds in it.

  2. R. Take out both earbuds from the charging case, and the earbuds will turn on automatically. Then one of the earbuds will enter the Bluetooth pairing mode when red and blue lights flash alternately. When the earbuds have been paired with the device successfully, a beep sound will be heard.

  3. Go to Bluetooth Settings on your phone and select “AtrixEarbuds“.

  4. After AtrixEarbuds are paired, some mobile phones will appear with “Bluetooth Pairing Request”.Please select “Pair” and both the L & R pairing earbuds process are completed.
  5. When pairing is completed, and both earbuds are worn in the ears and adjusted to a comfortable position, you can use the earbuds for True Wireless Stereo music.ATRIX ETW025-EU Wireless Earbuds User Manual fig 8
  6. The earbuds will power off when placed back in the charging case to recharge.

Charging

Charge the Earbuds:
Put the earbuds into the charging case to charge the earbuds, the red LED indicator will light up while charging. When the earbuds are fully charged, the red LED light will out out automatically.

Charge the Charging Case:
Please charge the Charging Case with the USB-C cable, the white LED flashes while it is charging. When the charging case is fully charged, four white LED indicators will keep lighting up.

Attention

  1. When the left and right earbuds are not paired automatically after they are taken out of the charging box, they can be reset by pressing the left and right earbuds for 8 seconds respectively, and then putting them into the charging box for activation. When they are taken out again, the earbuds will be automatically paired together.

  2. When the earbuds are not connected to the device after taking out the charging box, it will automatically turn off in about 5 minutes.
  3. The waterproof rating is IPX4 for the earbuds only not including the charging case.
  4. Compatible with most Bluetooth devices. However, the availability of connection depends on the Bluetooth device and its software and Bluetooth version. Not all functions work on all devices.

Safety Instruction

Using earbuds at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at all times for your safety. Do not use it while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds. Do not use earbuds in thunderstorm weather, the earphones may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.

Earbuds may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphones. If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe away. If submersed in water, do not turn the earbuds on until completely dried. Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty. Keep the earbuds and packaging out of reach of children.

Trouble Shooting.

Unable to power on
Try to charge the charging case and earbuds. inane to charge

  1. Try to change another charging cable or charging adapter;
  2. Check whether there is any object or foreign matter in the charging port of the charging case
  3. Check whether there is any object or foreign matter at the charging contact of the earbuds:
  4. Check whether the charging socket is powered on and whether the charging plug matches the charging interface.

No sound

  1.  Make sure the volume of the playback device is normal;
  2. Confirm whether the earbuds have been turned on properly;
  3. Check whether the left and right earbuds are paired successfully. Unpaired earbuds can be activated by placing the earbuds in the charging case or long pressing the left and right earbuds for 8 seconds to reset.

Unable to connect

  1. Confirm whether the earbud is turned on properly;
  2. Make sure that the playback device is turned on properly;
  3.  Make sure the playback device has switched other connections off;
  4. Check whether there is no obvious interference or shielding in the playing environment;
  5. Check whether the earbuds match the playing device (the playing device must be Bluetooth 4.0 or above);
  6. Check whether the left/right earbuds are paired successfully

The sound is instability.

  1. The distance between the earbud and the playback device is too far;
  2. There is interference between the earbuds and the playing device;
  3. The playback device is not streaming smoothly.
