Adidas FWD 01 Sport In-Ear Headphones User Manual
GET STARTED
- Press the middle control button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones on and in pairing mode.
- Open the Bluetooth list on your phone and select adidas FWD-01.
- Go to your favourite audio app and press play.
- Get the adidas Headphones app to activate more features and complete the setup.

TWIST FIT SYSTEM
The silicone ear wings and ear tips come in 4 different sizes that can be combined for perfect fit.
- To change the size, first remove the ear tip and then the ear wing by gently pulling them from the headphones.
- Attach the new ear wing by stretching it into place and then fasten the new ear tip
CONTROL BUTTONS
- Press middle button for 2 seconds to turn on or off
- Press middle button for 4 seconds for Bluetooth pairing
- Press upper or lower button to change volume
- Press middle button to play or pause audio
- Double or triple press middle button for previous or next track
