Quickstart guide
- Toggle Power Switch to the middle position to power it on. Headphones will enter pairing mode automatically.
- For Bluetooth Connection: On the source device, go to Bluetooth settings, and ensure Bluetooth is on. Search for “BT-The Gaming Headphones” and select it to pair.
- Enjoy your Raycon Gaming Headphones!
For 2.4GHz connection:
Insert the USB Receiver into the compatible device. From the device settings, search for 2.4G-The Gaming Headphones and select it to pair.
For AUX Connection: Connect the headphones to the source device using the provided Audio Cable. All media functions, except volume, are controlled from the source device. LED Lighting is also disabled.

HAPTECH IMMERSIVE SPEAKERS
For an even deeper experience, toggle on the Haptic Immersive Speakers for audio you can feel. Push Up to toggle Haptic on/off.
LED LIGHTING
Toggle on the LED Lighting to add additional flare to your gaming experience. Hold up to toggle LED Lighting on/off.
Note
Haptic Immersive Speaker and LED Lighting disabled Note: Sound Profiles are inactive when using AUX Connection. when using an AUX connection to reduce the risk of electric shock.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot Pair with the source device
For 2.4G Connections: Power off headphones. Reset the USB Receiver by Holding the button on the USB receiver until the LED blinks red and blue. Press the button on the USB receiver again to enter pairing mode, the LED will be solid red. Connect to a source device using the steps in Quick Start Guide.
Safety Guidelines
- Be wary of any edges, uneven surfaces, and metal parts, including on accessories and product packaging, to prevent any possible injury or damage.
- Listen to music at a proper volume to avoid damaging your hearing and speaker.
- Do not store in high temperatures, such as in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool and dry area.
- Do not drop or cause undue impact to the speaker.
- Do not modify, repair, or dismantle the product on your own.
- Do not expose the speaker and any of its supplied parts to liquid such as rain for prolonged periods of time. Follow IPX Rating guidelines.
- Do not expose the speaker to water while charging, as doing so may result in damage to the speaker or the power source.
- When cleaning this speaker, use a soft dry cloth. For more severe stains, dampen the cloth with water only. Anything else increases the chance of dissolving the paint or damaging the plastic.
