To drop the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone’s “Settings” ->Enter “iTunes Store & App Store” >>Click “Apple ID”, choose “View Apple ID”, after that, enter the To cancel the subscription, go to the “Account Settings” tab and click “Subscribe”, then pick “Aiwit”. Assume you don’t cancel the automated subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. In that case, they will think you consent to continue the authorisation and the subscription will be automatically renewed.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Charge batteries.
- Remove the battery tab.
- Insert 18650 batteries, positive ends facing down, as shown on the device.
- Connect your device to a USB charger using a Micro USB connection to charge the batteries fully. It takes around 14 hours for batteries to charge fully.
WARNING: If your device records an unusually high number of events each day, you may need to recharge your battery sooner. In addition, the battery drains each time you use the Live View to gaze or speak via your aiwit doorbell problems. You can reduce the sensitivity of your motion settings to avoid having too many events.
Set Up Your Aiwit Doorbell Manual Before You Begin:
Download and install the Aiwit App. Scan the QR code below or search for Aiwit in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Download and install the application.
- Open an Aiwit account.
- To pair your device, follow these steps and the in-app instructions:
- Open the Aiwit App and log in to your account.
- To add your camera, click the plus icon.
- Select Video Doorbell.
- Press and hold the Doorbell Button until the red light flashes, then touch Next and Yes.
- Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and password, then tap Next (5GHz is not supported).
- Use your device’s camera to scan the QR Code displayed on the app, then select Confirm once the Wi-Fi aiwit doorbell setup is complete.

Set Up Your Wireless Chime (optional):
Connect the video doorbell to the doorbell sound to receive an alert in your home whenever someone rings the doorbell. The chime plugs into any wall outlet and may be put down anywhere in the house.
NOTICE:
The video doorbell is only compatible with our wireless chime and does not work with standard doorbell chimes. The wireless chimes are optional. If not installed, doorbell notifications will still be sent to the Aiwit app.
