For the best results

  • Use your Bella Pro series 8 qt digital air fryer to cook pre-packaged items with less oil and in less time!
  • Always check the meal midway through cooking to establish the ultimate cooking time and temperature.
  • Always pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and reduce smoke.
  • Clearing the frying basket drawer between batches may be necessary to eliminate unnecessary smoke while cooking naturally high-fat meals like chicken wings or sausages.
  • To achieve crispier results, air fry small batches of newly breaded meals. Cut food into tiny pieces to increase its surface area. Press the bread onto the food to help it stick.
  • Refrigerate breaded meals for at least 30 minutes before frying.
  • Arrange the breaded food in the frying basket so it does not come into contact, allowing air to flow over all surfaces.
  • Spray olive or vegetable oil works best because it is uniformly dispersed and requires less oil.
  • Don’t overfill the frying basket with food. Never fill it more than two-thirds full. When air-frying fresh veggies, we recommend no more than three cups of food in the frying basket.
