PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE
Attention:
- When cleaning lens, please wipe it carefully with professional alcohol cotton swab.
- Make sure the ear spoon is assembled in place before using to prevent falling off.
- Please don’t use it while you are moving, and protect yourself from being hit by others.
- It is forbidden for children to use this product alone to avoid accidental harm.
- Please do not put the product in liquid to avoid damage.
- Product built-in polymer battery,so it must be charged once a month if it is not used frequently.
- Avoid product exposure to sunshine directly, especially the accessories, in order to avoid softening.
- During using it, the temperature of the product will rise slightly(Data from XLIFE lab, the maximum temperature of the machine doesn’t exceed about 45°C), please rest assured to use.

How to connect APP and use it?
- Scan QR code to download APP. (you can also download APP from our official website: www.XLIFE.com) 2
- Open XLIFE and select C3
- Long Press the power button to turn on the ear cleaning rod, and let your phone connect product WiFi “XLIFE-XXXX”
- Back to XLIFE and start to use it.
How to Replace Ear Spoon?
Unscrew the fixed ring and pull out the old ear spoon. Install the new ear spoon and tighten the fixed ring. Please make sure the ear spoon is assembled in place before using it to prevent falling off.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The product body heats up during use:
The product lens is equipped with an LED light, which is not dazzling or glare. And the product adopts a dual temperature control system. During use, the otoscope part has a non-sensing temperature of25° and the body part’s palm temperature is 32°. Therefore, It is a normal phenomenon that the product occurs with slight heat during the operation. The product is safe, so you can use it with confidence
Abnormal connection:
Confirm whether the machine is turned on in a normal state (the ring indicator flashes when not connected, and the indicator light will be always on after successful connection).
APP display abnormally (lens blur/fuzzy/black screen):
Uninstall the APP and reinstall, confirm that the right machine model has been choosed on APP. Wipe the lens of the product with an dry swab to check whether the lens is damaged. (Not advise alcohol swab)
The WiFi connection is unstable, and the connection will be automatically disconnected from time to time:
The WiFi of products is limited to the use of the product and cannot access the Internet When It prompts connected but unable to access the Internet, whether to switch, please click “NO” if the WiFi coverage area is strong and the signal of the product is affected by the WiFi coverage, it is recommended to change the environment and try.
After using it for a period of time, the indicator light will go out soon when charging, and it will not turn on:
Try to change the data cable or change the charging head to direct USB charging, then turn the product or contact again to check whether the charging contact is bad.
