How to Use the Coleman BK200 Go-Kart
- Pre-Ride Inspection: Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight, tires are inflated properly, and oil levels are correct.
- Starting: Pull the manual start cord firmly to start the engine.
- Riding: Use the throttle and brakes smoothly. Always wear protective gear.
- Shut Off: Turn off the engine after use and let it cool down before performing any maintenance.
REMOVAL FROM CRATE
- Remove metal crate from around Go-Kart.
- Locate and Remove Owner’s/ Operator’s manual, Set up instructions and all documentation.
- Locate and remove all part and hardware from crate and set aside.
Note: Some hardware may already be mounted at part locations on the Go-Kart. This hardware will need to be removed then re-attached during assembly

Assembly Checklist & Pre-Ride Inspection

Front Shock Assembly
Attach shocks on each side of front assembly to top shock mounts with M10 bolts (1) and Lock Nuts (2)
- M10 X 45 bolts 4ea. (1)
- M10 Lock Nuts 4 ea. (2)
Note: The center of the Go-kart will need to be lifted to install shocks, spindles and wheels. This can be done with a floor jack.
Install Locations
Front Wheel Installation
- Install front tires with valve stems facing out. Ensure tread pattern is facing forward (2).
- Secure each tire onto each front hub(3) using 4 – M10 Lug Nuts(1).
- Tighten Lug Nuts to 29 ft.lbs (40Nm) on all four tires
BRUSH GUARD INSTALLATION.
- M8 X 60 bolts 5 ea.
- M8 X 55 bolts 6 ea.
- M8 Lock Nuts 6ea.
- M8 Concave Spacers 1 7 ea
- Attach Middle protecting pole (5) with M8 X55bolts (2) , Concave Spacers(4) and Lock Nuts (3).
- Attach Front protecting pole (6) with M8X60bolts (1) , M8X55 bolts (2) Concave Spacers(4) and Lock Nuts(3).
- Attach Rear guide bar (6) with M8X60bolts (1) , Concave Spacers(4) .
FRONT BUMPER NSTALLATION
- M8 X 60 bolts 2 ea.
- M8 X 55 bolts 2 ea.
- M8 Lock Nuts 4ea.
- M8 Concave Spacers 4ea.
- Attach Front Bumper(5) to Frame with M8X 60bolts (1) , M8 X 55 bolts (2),Concave Spacers(4) and Lock Nuts (3).
Oil Cooler Installation
- M6 X 20 bolts 2 ea.
- M6 X 30 bolts 2 ea.
- M6 Lock Nuts 4ea.
- Attach Oil Cooler(4) to Frame and Rear guide bar with M6 X 20bolts (1) , M6 X 30 bolts(2), and Lock Nuts (3).
