HOLD/CAL

Hold the current reading:
Click once The result will be kept for 1 Os. The Hold function will auto turn off if no operation is performed for 10 seconds. If you click the HOLD button again in 10 seconds, the hold function will be turned off.

Calibration
First, mix 90% crushed ice and 10% water for 3 minutes, then press and hold the CAL button for 3S, the CAL will flash for 3 seconds, and then put the thermometer into the ice-water mixture to measure. ° The screen displays and flashes 32 F (0.0°C) three times to complete 32°F(0.0°C) calibration. The thermometer will automatically save the settings and enter the normal display state.

RESET

The backlight will last for 10 seconds and it auto turns off after 1 Os; but if you click it again in 1 0 seconds, the backlight will be off.

Reset
Press and Hold for 3s Press and hold the button 3s in power on mode, the LCD screen will flash for 3s to restore the factory settings.

Operation instruction of battery replacement

Please remove the power insulation film at first It is available for use alter removing the insulation film.Steps to replace the battery:

1.  Loosen the screw and open the battery cover (as shown in figure)
2.  Press the battery to take it out (as shown in figure)
3. It’s available for use after installing

Troubleshooting

•  Won’t Switch on
• Replace battery
•  LL.L or HH.H on the Display Temperature exceeds measurable ° range: ·58 F-572 F (-50°C-300 C)

Inaccurate Reading
Probe Length: 4.7 in(120mm), try to insert the probe into the center of the food. If the above operations don’t work, please contact support@dogaus.com for help.

Use & Maintenance

• Do not touch the stainless portion of the thermometer during or right after measuring temperatures since it will be hot.
• Do not place the unit in dishwasher or immerse in any liquid.
•  Do not leave exposed to extremely high or low temperatures since this will damage electronic parts and plastics.
•  Do not leave the thermometer inserted in food during cooking.
•  Remove battery if stored for more than four months.
•  This item carries an 18-month warranty against defects in either components or workmanship.
