• Always unplug before servicing, deaning, or manging bulb.
• Do not position the untt near heat, gas, oil or other flammable materiak.
• Mount product out of reach from children.
• Never operate this product if tt has a damaged plug, if ii is not warfcing properly, if tt has been dropped DI domaged, or if ii hos been dropped into wafer.
• Do not insect finger> or any fa reign objects into the untt while tt is connected to an electrical outlet.
• Collected insects within the untt may contribute to fire, replace StickyTed,” Glue Card as needed.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not dean this pioduct with wafer spray, do not put this pioduct in water or other liquid. Do not place or stD1e appliance where ii can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
• Donotuseoutdoors.

INSTALLATION & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Unpackuntt.
• Plug into an indoD1 outlet.
• For best catch resuhs leave untt on at all times, except when cleaning or servicing.
• Catch rate activity will be higher at night. For best catch results ii is recommended to keep the untt away from competing light sources. Intended far household indoor use••~-
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, connect this appliance to grounded outlets. Do not change the plug in any way.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Check trap once per week ta prolong life al the unit, in.,re fire prevention, and provide efficient operation.

• Unplug device before cleaning or replacing glue board.
• Replace glue boord if full.
• REPLACING BULB · Replace With Dyna Trap” Bulb #21050 (UV. PL•5 2P 9W Bulb) The lightbulb tile expectancy is appioximately 3,000 hoors (DI about 4 months), and should be replaced regularly ta ,n.,re optimal UV-effectiveness. Even though the bulb’s light may be visible ta yoo, it’s abiltty ta attract insects diminishes overtime.
• UNPLUG UNIT, and allow bulb ta caol before replacing.
• Caver the bulb with a cloth ta piatect yoor fingers and hand. Grasp the bulb (with yoor hand and fingers protected by the cloth) and gent~ pull the bulb from the socket.
• Remove any debris from the lamp socket befD1e inserting the new bulb.
• Replacement fluares<ent bulbs can be found at your local retatter or can be D1dered directly from Dyna Trap by calling 1-877-403-TRAP (8727) DI vistting www.OynaTrap.cam

• No electrical power
• Chedc~ug, receptade,andfusearcircutt breaker.
• Bulb not sooted pioper Burntautbulb
• Check socket far proper bulb sooting and alignment.
• Replace bulb if needed fallowing instructions under’Re~acing Bulb.’

DYNAMIC guoronlees lo the original purchaser that this producl is free from defective materials and workmanship.
