OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn the unit upside down and remove the battery cover.
  2. Install two new AA batteries in the battery compartment in the correct orientation, noting the polarity of the batteries.
  3. Open the foil wrapper containing the new repellent pad. Using the wrapper to hold the repellent pad, insert the repellent pad into the repellent holder inside the device.
  4. Replace the battery cover.
  5. To turn the device on, place the unit upright and press the power button. The LED inside the device will illuminate to indicate that the device is operational.
  6. To turn the device off, press the power button. The LED will turn off to indicate that the device is off.

BATTERY AND REPELLENT PAD REPLACEMENT

  1. After 6 hours of operation, the repellent pad should be replaced to ensure optimal device operation.
    • a. Turn the device upside down and remove the battery cover.
    • b. Remove the installed repellent pad and discard.
    • c. Open the foil wrapper containing the new repellent pad. Using the wrapper to hold the repellent pad, insert the repellent pad into the repellent holder inside the device.
    • d. Replace the battery cover.
  2. If the LED no longer illuminates when the power button is pressed, the batteries are depleted and need to be replaced.
    • a. Turn the device upside down and remove the battery cover.
    • b. Remove the installed batteries and discard them under local regulations.
    • c. Install two new AA batteries in the battery compartment in the correct orientation, noting the polarity of the batteries.
    • d. Replace the battery cover.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL:

STORAGE:
Store locked up. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep the container tightly closed. Store only in the original container in a dry place inaccessible to children and pets.

DISPOSAL:
If Empty: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Dispose of contents/containers to an approved waste disposal plant.

If Partly Filled:
Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on-site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Never place unused products down any indoor or outdoor drain.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:
Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wear protective gloves. Avoid breathing vapors. Contaminated work clothing must not be allowed out of the workplace. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

FIRST AID:
IF IN EYES:Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first five minutes, then continue rinsing the eye. If irritation persists, call a physician for treatment advice.
IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING:Remove contaminated clothing. Wash the area thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, call a physician for treatment advice.
IF INHALED:Remove the person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell.
IF SWALLOWED:Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth.

Woodstream Corporation guarantees to the original purchaser that this product is free from defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to remedy any defective part for one year from the date of the original date of purchase. Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to the light bulb, nor to, in our judgment, misuse or abuse. If this unit has been altered, no warranty is in force.

This warranty does not apply if this unit is purchased outside the United States, excluding Canada and Mexico. In no case shall Woodstream be liable for any accidental, punitive, consequential, or any other damages of any kind for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
