The Recon 50X requires the NEW Xbox One Controller (with3.5mm headset jack). Purchase the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller from turtlebeach.com for use with the original Xbox one Controller.

PS4 Setup
- Go to Settings >>Audio Devices
- Select Headset Connected to Controller for Input & Output Devices
- Set Output to Headphones to All Audio
- Set Volume Control (Headphones) level to maximum
- Select Adjust Microphone level and follow the follow the on screen instructions to calibrate your microphones
