Set up your SIM card

To install a SIM or SD card, follow these steps:

  1. Power the phone off.
  2. Remove the back cover. With the phone facing down, locate the notch on the bottom left edge of your phone.
  3. Remove the battery.
  4. Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down. If you have an SD card (sold separately), insert it into the SD card slot.
  5. Install the back cover. Align the back cover to the frame of the phone and apply it until it locks into place.

How to Use the IRIS Easy Flip Phone

Power On/Off

  • Turn On: Hold the red End/Power button.
  • Turn Off: Press and hold the same button until the power menu appears.

Making a Call

  1. Dial using the numeric keypad.
  2. Press the Green Call button.
  3. End the call by pressing the Red End button or closing the flip.

Sending a Text Message

  1. Go to Messages > Create Message.
  2. Type using multi-tap input on the keypad.
  3. Select Send and input the recipient’s number.
