Bluetooth Connection with Mobile Phone.
(Prior to first use – Please be sure both the Earbuds and the Charaina Case are fully charged.)
Step 1- The twin earbuds can be automatically powered on and paired when they are taken out of the charging case. [If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 3 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically. Turn on the earbuds manually by pressing down the MFB button for about 3 seconds at the prompt “power on” and one beep sound.]
Only one earbud LED indicator flashes white which means both earbuds get paired with each other successfully and enter dual ear mode. Step 2 – Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search, and choose “K23” to connect. [ There should be a voice prompt “connected” from both earbuds if you wear them. And the indicators of both earbuds will turn off.] In dual ear mode, if you only want to use one earbud for music or call, just put another earbud into the charging case.
Mono Mode Connection with Mobile Phone.
Each earbud can work independently at mono mode, setting as below: (Before below steps, please empty all the bluetooth name K23 on your mobile phones, turn off the bluetooth of your phones.) One earbud connects the mobile phone A Step 1. Power on: Take one earbud out of the charging case. Step 2. Reset: Click the MFB button three times to clear the previous pairing memory. The earbud will power off. Press 3 seconds to turn on the earbud manually at the prompt “power on” and “pairing”, the indicator of the earbud will flash white light once every 0.5 seconds.
Step 3. Mono mode setting: Double-click the MFB button, the earbud LED indicator flashes quickly for a while, then flashes slowly, that means the earbud enters mono mode. Step 4. Connect with mobile phone: Open the bluetooth of your mobile phone, search “K23” on the mobile phone, and click to connect. When the connection is successful, you can hear the voice prompt “connected”, and the earbud’s indicator will turn off.

How to reset earbuds?
If you hope both earbuds recover dual ear mode from mono mode, please reset the earbuds. Before the below steps, please empty all the Bluetooth names K23 on your mobile phones, and turn off the Bluetooth of your phones. (1) Take out both earbuds from the charging case, quick-press 3 times on each earbud, and you can hear the voice prompts “du” and “power off”, the previous pairing memory is cleared, and both earbuds are powered off.
(2) Long-press the button of each earbud to turn on the earbuds manually. Then quick-press 2 times on the button of each earbud, and wait for a while. If only one earbud LED indicator flashes white while another earbud led indicator turns off, that means both earbuds get paired with each other sucessfuly and enter dual ear mode. (3) Now open the Bluetooth on your device, and search “K23” to connect.
How to wear the earbuds correctly?
Take out the “R earbud” to wear on the right ear.
The ear hooks are adjustable, you can bend them to fit your ears tighter if needed.

If there is a new incoming call when you’re already on the first call: (1) Click once to answer a new incoming call, but your first call ended. (2) Long press the button, go on with the first call, new incoming call ends.
Charging
Earbuds Charging
Earbuds start to charge only when you put the earbuds into the charging slot with right way.(You can charge the charging case and earbuds at the same time, or you can charge the charging case first and then charge the earbuds. 1)When being charged, the Earbuds’ LED light will illuminate white. 2) When fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop charging and the earbuds’ LED white light will go off.
Charging Warning
- After a period of time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of an oxidized magnet connector. You can handle this problem by using an alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on the earbuds and charging case.
- Earbuds can automatically turn off immediately, meanwhile, start charging when you put them back into the charging case. Also, they will automatically turn on and pair when being picked up.
Charging Case
Charging Type-C USB charging There is a Type-C USB charging cable in the package, please use it to charge the case directly. During Charging, the digital display will flash and display the battery in real-time. After a full charge, the number is displayed as 100.
Wireless Charging
Easy to charge your charging case without cables, just put your charging case on the wireless charging pad. If the charging case doesn’t start to charge, please try to reposition it (Wireless Charging Pad Not Included)
Signal Transmission
The maximum distance that the earbuds can receive the signal transmitted by your phone is 33 feet, but this is if there is no obstacle between the earbuds and the phone. Therefore, to ensure that the earbuds will not cut in or cut out during use, please minimize the distance between the earbuds and the phone and ensure that there is no obstacle between the earbuds and the phone.
Storage and Maintenance
- If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, we recommend that you charge them.
- Please use chargers that are FCC(Federal Communications Commission) approved.
- Do not disassemble the Earbuds.
- Adult supervision is required for children aged 6 and under.
- Do not expose the earbuds in high or low temperatures, do not use the earbuds in a thunderstorm storm. Avoid falling or violent impact of the device. Keep the device away from fire, do not put the device in water.
- Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.
FAQ
Q: Why the Earbuds Volume is too low? Even if I have adjusted the earbud’s volume to the MAX? I have tested iPhone and Android Phones.iPhone can do it, but Android can’t, Why?
A: Yes, Android can’t do it. Because the iPhone and Android have different system protocols, the iPhone system can overcome this, but Android can’t be consistent. If you are using an Android phone, you have double-clicked the “R” Earbud button to increase the volume to the maximum, you still think the volume is a little low, you can try to adjust the volume by your phone. Q: Why is there only one earbud with sound after connecting, or both earbuds can’t connect with each other when take out of the charging case?
A: For these 2 issues, you need to reset the twin’s earbuds. The detail process follows: (1) Before using, please make sure the Earbuds are fully charged. Then forget all Bluetooth devices on your phone’s Bluetooth menu and turn off the Bluetooth on all your mobile phones. Q: Why do my Bluetooth earbuds keep cutting in and out?
