How to connect it to the computer

  1. Remove the battery cover of the keyboard and install it with 1 pcs AA batteries. Put back the cover.
  2. Remove the battery cover of the mouse and install it with 1 pcs AA batteries. Put back the cover.
  3. Take out the USB dongle receiver from the mouse (located inside the battery compartment) and plug it into the USB port of the computer.
  4. The computer will then connect with the devices automatically.

Remarks /troubleshooting: If the set is not used for 5 minutes it goes into sleep mode, a random click on the mouse or type on the keyboard should activate the set again. If the NUM indicator on the keyboard is not used for 15 seconds, it turns off, when you use it again, it lights up. When the battery is low the red light will start to flash.

if the mouse or keyboard does not work, the following method should be used to troubleshoot:

  1. Release the batteries and make sure the batteries are inserted correctly into the keyboard or mouse.
  2. Check that the USB dongle receiver is correctly inserted into the USB port of the computer and that the computer is on.
  3. Ensure that the USB dongle receiver is properly identified by the computer after being inserted. Remove and reinsert may help.

When the wireless mouse or keyboard moves slowly or fails, the following method is recommended :

  1. Replace the Batteries After using the wireless mouse for a period of time, it is found that it cannot be used normally, or the cursor does not work or move well, It may be that the battery power is insufficient. Please replace both the keyboard and mouse with a new battery.
  2. Remove and reinsert the USB Dongle on your computer
  3. Check to see that the computer is functioning properly
  4. Do not make USB dongle receivers near other wireless or electrical devices such as Wi-Fi routers Microwave ovens or other RF transmitters
  5. If the mouse or keyboard is on a metal surface, such as iron, aluminum, or, copper. it will create a barrier to radio transmission and interfere with the keyboard or the mouse’s reaction time or cause the keyboard and mouse to temporarily fail.
  6. Use dry and soft cotton for cleaning the mouse or keyboard.
