*Note: Playtimes and charge times are approximate and are based on 50% volume earbuds the case being fully charged and LED lights on the buds are turned off. Playtimes and charge times may be affected by several factors including battery condition, temperature, and distance of music. Total playtime includes one full charge already in the bud and a fully charged case.
How to use: Setup
Charge the earbud and case first. Make sure charging case and earbuds are fully charged. STEP 1 Turn off the Bluetooth function from your music device. E.g., Mobile phone or music device. STEP 2 Take out the earbuds from the charging case after they have been charged. The earphones will automatically turn on and start to pair in 5 seconds. STEP 3 You can now turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone or audio device. STEP4 Search and select LUTWS on your device and connect.
Main functions:
The button sensor is located on the top of the Left (L) and Right (R) of the earphones (see fig 1)
Power on earbuds
(1) Take out the earphones from the charging case; (2) Manually turn on – If the earphones are still powered off, long press the button sensor on the top of both the earphones for about 6 seconds. (see fig1) Note: please make sure charging case and earphones are charged.
Power off earbuds
(1) Return the earphones to the charging case to power off (note: please make sure the charging case has a charge otherwise the earphones will not turn off automatically) ; (2) Manually turn off the earbuds: Long press the button sensor (see fig 1) on the top of both the earphones (for about 6 seconds).
Dual earphones auto-paring
The earphones will auto-pair with each other when they are taken out of the case. After both earphones! are auto-paired, but there is no device connection with the earphones within 5 minutes, both earphones will turn auto-off. After initial setup and successful pairing and connection with your device, both earphones will pair and connect with vour device automatically.
Troubleshoot:
If the earphones do not auto pair or do not connect with the device, it is best to restart the earbuds. To restart, Turn OFF your music/smartphone device. Manually power off both earphones and manually turn them back on by pressing the button sensor on both earbuds for 6 seconds and then again for 6 seconds (see above for power on and off instructions of the earbuds. After turning on the earbuds, turn ON your music/phone device search for LUTWS under Bluetooth settings, and connect to the earbuds again.
Light on Earphones
In order to Turn on/off the LED lights on the earbuds after they are connected to a device and without music or phone calls being played: Long press the button sensor (fig 1) on either the right or left earbud for about 3 seconds until hear a prompt tone to turn on or off.
Music play pause:
Short press the button sensor (fig 1) on either L or R earbuds.
Call back:
Three short presses on the button sensor (fig1) on the Right (R) earphone after the earphones connected with the device successfully.
Voice assistant:
For smartphones with voice assistant and successful connection with the device: Three click the button sensor (fig 1) on the Left (L) earphone.
Previous song:
Double-click the button sensor (fig1) on the Left (L) earphone when playing music.
Next song:
Double-click the button on the Right (R) earphone when playing music.
Answer call / End call:
Short press the button sensor on either the Left or Right earphones (see Fig 1 for 1 second Note: When playing music and there is a coming call, the music will automatically pause. Once the call has ended, the music will automatically play.
Reject phone call:
Long press the button sensor (fig 1) on either L or R earbud for about 3.
Charging the case
Insert the provided USB charging cable to charge the charging case with a USB power adapter. It will take approximately 5 hours to fully charge the case. (1) When charging the case, the led light near the charging port is red. (2) When the case is fully charged, the led light near the charging port is blue.
Note:
When the charging case runs out of the battery.It is important to Turn off both earphones before putting them in the charging case. If there is no power on the charging case, the earphones will not auto-turn off when they are put back into the charging case. Therefore, the earphones need to be manually turned off. (see above for power-off instructions for earbuds)
Charging the earphones
Earphones are charged using the charging case provided. The charging case should be fully charged and have sufficient power before it can charge the earphones. Put the earphones into the correct position on the charging case for charging. (1) When earphones start charging, the earphones will have RGB light on and still. (2) When earphones are fully charged, RGB lights on the earphones are off. Note:1, If the earphones are not placed securely into the case, they may not charge.
Please take out the earphones and re-insert them in the case until the earphones start charging. Also, make sure the lid Is properly closed so that charging the earphones can start. Using large earpads could also obstruct the closure of the case, and so may need to be removed. 2. If after some time, the earphones stop charging. try to use a dry cotton swab to clean the bottom charging points on the earphones and the inductive pins on the charging case to remove any dust and sweat.3. If one of the earphones has run out of battery, the other one will continue to work until it runs out of power, too.
Charging your device
Only use a power adapter with applicable country regulations and international and regional safety standards. Other power adapters may not meet applicable safety standards, and using such adapters could pose a risk of death or injury. Avoid prolonged skin contact with the charging cable and connector when the charging cable is connected to a power source because it may cause discomfort or injury. Sleeping or sitting on the charging cable or connector should be avoided.
WARNING:
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. For traffic safety, do not use earphones while driving or cycling. If you have a pacemaker or other electrical medical devices, you should consult your physician before using the product.
Choking hazard:
The product, packaging, and some of the included accessories may present a choking hazard to small children. Keep these accessories away from small children. The bags themselves or the many small parts they contain may cause choking if ingested.

Improper battery replacement may cause an explosion and injury.
