Thank you for choosing the REDRAGON brand. To protect your rights and for better customer service, we ask you to note our warranty rules.
- Within 18 months from the purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Man-made damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into the water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as footsticks) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.
- Please fill out the warranty card. The warranty card is valid with the stamp of the retailer.
- This warranty card will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place.

- Left mouse button

- Rapid fire button (Defaulted to three rapid clicks of the left mouse button)
- DPI+ button (Defaulted to speed up the cursor)
- DPI- button (Defaulted to slow down the cursor)
- Back-lighting mode switch button ( used to switch between the five back-lighting modes)
- Side button 1 (Defaulted to ALT)
- Side button 2 (Defaulted to CTRL)
- Side button 3 (Defaulted to SHIFT)
Light Instructions
- Mode switch button(used to switch between the five user modes)
- Yellow — User Mode 1
- Green — User Mode 2
- Blue — User Mode 3
- Purple — User Mode 4
- Red — User Mode 5
- DPl indicator light: Behind the scroll wheel key, there are 5 DPI indicator lights representing 5 DPI settings. The user can tell the DPI resolution ratio of the current mouse from the status of the DPI indicator lights.
- Yellow— Gear 1( 1000DPI)
- Green — Gear 2( 2000DPI)
- Blue — Gear 3(4000DPI)
- Purple — Gear 4( 7200DPI)
- Red — Gear 5( 14400DPI)
- Back-lighting effect: Located on two sides of the mouse and below the logo, the user can adjust the following light effect by switching buttons,
- Light-on
- Breathing light
- Breathing light in 7 color
- Light-off
Software Instruction
After installing the software on your computer, you can adjust the following settings,
- Adjust the mouse DPI speed(Range from 100 to 14400 DPI)
- Combo key function: you can set click times and delay times of key
- Adjust the mouse lighting and LED breathing effect
- Customize the function of the mouse button the mouse buttons 10 buttons)
- Memorize 5 different user modes and switch among them using the bottom toggle key.
FAQ
- If the mouse is not responding, please check whether the mouse is plugged in correctly to the corresponding computer USB port, or try another USB port.
- If the mouse cursor is moving slowly, jumping, or lagging, try using another surface. Surfaces that are dark, dirty, not flat, or shiny may affect the performance of the mouse. The use of a mouse pad is strongly recommended.
