Troubleshooting Steps
This mouse is a plug and play mouse that does not need any driver to run, if you run the mouse on a computer and it does not function correctly, please try the following steps:
- Unplug the mouse from the USB port, and plug it into the USB port again, then restart the computer.
- If you are using a desktop PC, it would be better to plug it into the USB port on the back of the computer, due to that the ports locating on the back of the computer are able to provide more power than those in the front.
- Try a different USB port or test it on another computer and check the behaviour of the mouse, see if it can run correctly.
- Try a different surface, better run it on a mouse pad due to that a mouse could perform better on smooth surface.

Is the hasit rgb gaming mouse easy to use?
The Havit fits medium to large hands, while those with smaller hands will hold the Corsair better. The Havit HV-MS760 is a better gaming mouse than the VicTsing Wireless Gaming mouse. Havit is better for larger hands with a claw or finger grip and feels great overall.
Is the 8000 keyboard selection a good value?
For the average user, 8,000 Hz isn’t enough to push one keyboard above the rest. Of course, highly rated keyboards like 8,000 Hz mice and 360 Hz monitors are bad toys. However, if there are areas of your system where lag can occur, reducing keyboard lag won’t change the game.
