How to wear your TOZO earbuds
- Step 1: Ensure the ear cap is downward, then place earbuds into the ear.
- Step 2: Rotate the back earbuds to the auricle side to fit snugly.
How To Pair
TWS Auto Pairing
- Open the charging case, and they will power on automatically and will connect to each other automatically within 10 seconds.
- If the earbud is full charge, the earbud w ll flash blue light for 5 seconds, then disappear. If the earbud is not full charge, it will keep red light until full charge.
- Search for the pairing name [TOZO-NC9 Plus), and select it in your phone.
Reset
If you accidentally get only one earbud work or fails to pair each other, please reset It:
- Delete all TOZO-NC9 Plus records on the phone, then turns off the Bluetooth. Take the earbuds out from the charging case and press the touch panel for 5 seconds to turn the earbuds off.
- Holding both earbuds buttons for 5 seconds till the red lights turn off the earbuds.
- Holding the MFB Touch Pannel on each of the earbuds for another 5 seconds 1111 blue light turn on and off, and then clicking the MFB Touch Pannel on each of the earbuds twice quickly, the reset process will be done when the Purple light is on for 1 s, then two earbuds flash red and blue alternately, reset Is complete.
NOTE: In case there is [Connection Unsuccessful) in your devices, please consider deleting all historical records of [TOZO-NC9 Plus) and try the pairing process again.
Left Earbud
- Power On: Turn over the lid or press hold 3 seconds the earbud will turn on automatically
- Power Off: Put the earbuds back Into the case and close the lid, or press & hold for 5 seconds, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Right Earbud
- Power on Turn over the lid or press & hold for 3 seconds, the earbuds will turn on automatically
- Power Off: Put the earbuds back Into the case and close the lid, or press & hold for 5 seconds, the earbuds will power, off automatically
