Initial Setup
- Connect included AC Adapter to DC Input on back of Charge System. Plug included AC Adapter into wall outlet. Charge Indicator Lights and Ambient Lights will light on for 1 second and turn on indicating ready status.
- Plug included dongle into DUAL SHOCK®4 wireless controller. Repeat step for second controller. Place DUAL SHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) with dongle(s) on charging ports.
- The charging indicators and ambient lighting activate when the DUAL SHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) with dongle(s) are placed on either front or back charging port. Controllers on both ports activate all charging indicators and ambient lighting.

MICRO-SUCTION
There is a special material underneath the Charge System called micro-suction. This will assist in keeping the Charge System in place. Remove protective sheet to activate the micro-suction
DONGLE MAGNETS
Magnets are inside the dongles which assist in keeping DUAL SHOCK®4 wireless controllers in good contact with each charging port.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
- Why are the controllers not charging and LEDs are off?
Make sure the AC adapter is connected to the Charge System and power outlet. The dongle(s) should be inserted correctly into the DUAL SHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) and are placed correctly onto the Charge System. - Why are the LEDs flashing on the unit?
If problem continues, disconnect the AC Adapter from the power outlet and Charge System and wait 10 seconds and reconnect. If LEDs continue to flash after three (3) attempts, contact Customer Service.
LIMITED WARRANTY
- Coverage and Term: PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to Final determination by PDP’s customer service department.
- Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions: The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.
- How to Get Service: Purchasers with product issues should not return the product to the store, but instead contact PDP’s customer service department first.
- Your Rights Under Applicable Law: This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
