Precautions for Safety
- Please do not disassemble or modify the main body. It may cause fire or breakdown.
- Do not use or store the product at high or low temperatures.
- Do not use or store the product in a place with much moisture, volatile materials or fire nearby.
- When using car chargers for the product, up to the size of a regular passenger car is permitted.
- When using multiple apps at the same time, the App may be terminated automatically under the mobile operation system, in case of which the bluetooth connection may be disabled.
- In case the band is contaminated with colored cosmetics (sun cream, BB cream, color cosmetics for women, etc.), clean it immediately using water tissues, etc. In case the pollution is neglected for a long time (for more than 30 minutes), the stain may not be removed, so it should be cleaned using a cleansing solution such as
alcohol. - The URBAN Fit App obtains relevant information online in order to measure the altitude or the distance precisely. During the process, it may connect to 3G or 4G networks and data charges may apply.
- When corrosion or perforation occurs in a product due to insufficient cleaning of the charging terminal, please note that it is not eligible for exchange or return.
- The heart rate measurement function of the URBAN Pro should be used only for the purpose of physical training and health, and it should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent a disease or any other symptoms.
- The URBAN Pro smart band supports water resistance to a certain degree, but does not guarantee perfect water resistance under special circumstances (swimming, underwater swimming, and diving). For a breakdown under such circumstances, the manufacturer and the sales company do not take any responsibility.

Product Information
Charging the battery
- Connect the cable to the charger and secure the band with the Charging Cradle. (If the charging cradle is not correctly oriented, There is not charging.
Power and Operating Method
- The power turns off only when the battery is discharged.
- When you connect the charging cradle, the power is turned on automatically.
- Touch a Screen once: (It moves on to the next information screen.)
- Touch the Screen twice: (Exercise mode starts. When you press and hold the button of the band, the Exercise mode will be finished.)
Downloading and Starting the App
- Install the URBAN fit App on your smartphone. Please search for URBAN fit on Android Play Store or iOS App Store.
- Select either URBAN Pro on the initial screen
- Enter your information and press the OK button to complete the setting. (User information is provided based on the terms and conditions of the privacy policy.)
Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the bluetooth of your Smart phone . If you touch the band button 3 times consecutively, a particular 4-digit number shows up.
- Then select the band which has the same 4-digit number from the device list shown on the band connection screen of the URBAN fit.When “BAFE” is indicated on the band,
- Android : Connect the product which has its last 4 digits
- iOS : Connect the product with the indication “Urban Pro-BAFE
