Low power indication: Flash red. 3.3-3.1V Charging: Red light on. If fully charged, green light on. Low power then shut down: Under Wireless mode, when power is under 3.1v, the keyboard will shut down. If plugged in again, the keyboard will work again, or when the power is above 3.3v, the keyboard will work again.

Bluetooth Pairing

After the keyboard is turned on, toggle the switch to enter the Bluetooth mode 1, press FN+ 1/2/3 to enter the Bluetooth mode, long press the F+1/2/3 key combo for 3S, the keyboard enters the pairing mode, The indicator flashy greenIblueired fast, the indicator light stays on for 2 seconds after connection, the  reconnection time is 30s, the pairing time is 120s, and it goes to sleep after timeout. After the connection is successful, if no operation is performed for 10 minutes, it will automatically turn off all lights and enter power- saving mode, and then enter deep sleep after another 20 minutes.

Sleep Mode

The keyboard will automatically turn off the lights and enter the sleep mode after 10 minutes of no key input. and wake up by pressing any key. Deep sleep mode: 30 minutes (light sleep 10 minutes + another 20 minutes).

Troubleshooting

I cannot pair the keyboard with my device. Answer: Make sure that the device you want to pair with has Bluetooth. Restart the device and try to pair with the keyboard again.

Note: On Windows, new Bluetooth connections sometimes require additional software updates, after a message indicating successful completion, the process may still be in progress and wait at least 20 minutes after pairing. just to ensure that all updates are completed before restarting the computer. Confirm that the device configuration accepts Bluetooth connections (Windows) and supports external keyboards (HID profile)

Go to Bluetooth device> Settings, and then select the following boxes:

  • Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer
  • Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer
  • Remind me when the Bluetooth device wants to connect

My keyboard cannot be used.

Answer: Restart the keyboard. Turn off Bluetooth and restart the computer. (Windows About device: Go to Bluetooth settings, turn off Bluetooth and forget the keyboard. Restart the device, and turn on Bluetooth to reconnect.

Wireless connection interfered within 10 meters.

Answer: Check whether the keyboard is placed on a metal surface that may interfere with Bluetooth signals or around devices in the same channel (such as routers, etc.)

Third-party input tools are not compatible with the keyboard

Answer: Due to the compatibility, version, brand and driver of the Windows/Android system, third-party input tools mav be affected when using the keyboard. Please make sure your operating system and driver are up to date

Some FN keys or multimedia keys do not work in Windows/Android mode.

Answer: Due to Windows/Android system compatibility, version, brand and driver, some multimedia key functions may not be used.

2.4G Pairing

After the keyboard is turned on, press FN+W+R. press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the 2.4G pairing mode, plug in the receiver, the indicator light flashes yellow fast, after the pairing is successful, exit the pairing, the light stays on for 10S, the connection time is 30s, pairing time 120s, if no further input it will sleep mode. After the connection is successful, if there is no operation for 10 minutes, it will automatically turn off all lights and enter the power-saving mode. After another 20 minutes, it will enter deep sleep mode.

Low power

In wireless mode, when battery is lower than or equal to 3.1V, it will enter the shutdown mode, and when it is plugged in. it can resume normal use. Or when the battery is above 3.3V, it can be used normally.
