Power On/off
- Earbuds will auto power on and connect when you open the charging case.
- Earbuds will auto power off and disconnect when you close the charging case.
- 11 charging case open but earbuds don’t power on, please long press touch button for 2 seconds to power on. (and please charge charging case)
- 11 charging case close but earbuds don’t power off, please long press touch button for 5 seconds to power off. (and please charge charging case)
First Pairing
- Step 1: Please turn on the bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
- Steps 2: Open the charging case, the white and red lights flash on earbuds.
- Step 3: Select “S12” on your phone/laptop and connect the device, the white and red lights will off when you connect successfully.
Tips: The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected the device within 5 minutes.)
Reset Earbuds
If earbuds can not connect to cellphone or pair together, please try the below steps:
- Step 1: Open the earbuds and check earbuds won’t connect to any cellphone, triple-click the left or right ear button to enter TWS forced pairing.
- Step 2: Click the left and right earphones 5 times at the same time, until the red light flashes 3 times after the white light, indicating that the reset is complete.

- Step 1: Take out the earbuds. (right earbud on left side / left earbud on right side)
- Step 2: Insert the earbuds into your ear.
- Step 3: Put the ear hook over back your ear.
- Step 4:Adjust by twisting for comfort and secure.
