Back Massager This cordless Shiatsu back massager will become your personal massager in your daily life. Specially designed 3D counter-rotating two-way ball deep tissue kneading relieves muscle soreness, soreness, tension, and nodules, giving you a perfect massage anytime, anywhere, even at the home, office, or on the go.
Shiatsu massager with heat
The Shiatsu roller has 4 massage areas that act as a deep kneading massage to reduce tension and muscle soreness and stiffness. Select the SPOT function to focus the shiatsu nodes on specific areas for relaxation. The ‘s optional heating function adds warmth to soothe sore muscles while improving circulation.

Setup and Operation
- Place the massager on a chair, sofa, or on other support.
- Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion.
- Plug the home adapter into an outlet between 100-240V.
- Turn on the device using the control panel ( instructions as below).
- The detachable intensity control flap lets you choose a smaller or more intense massage.
- You also may soften the massage pressure by placing a blanket or towel between you
and the device.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
- Do not wash in a washing machine or immerse the product or the adapter in water.
- Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with clean, dry hands.
- The massager should be wiped with a slightly moist cloth and dried thoroughly. Do not wipe the product with alcohol or harsh chemicals such as thinner or bleach.
- Keep away from heat, fire, or exposure to direct sunlight.
- Do not apply excessive pressure or impact onto massager/massage heads. Application of a direct force in excess of 110 lbs. may damage your massager and invalidate your warranty. Refrain from over usage of the device.
- Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the cover of the massager.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

| Massage heads rotating at reduced speed. | The load on the massage heads is excessive. Reduce the load and try again. |

The device switches off suddenly | The device may have been in use for 15mins. Auto-shut- off function activated. Continue using by pressing the ‘power’ button after resting the unit for 15mins. |
| Over-heat protection function activated. The device is switched off for your safety. Please rest the device for 15- 30mins before restarting. | |

The device fails to start | Check if the device has been used for more than 15mins. If so, let the device rest for 15mins before continuing. The device may require a longer time to cool in warmer environments. |
| The battery is low, please charge in time. | |
| Check if the adapter is plugged into the socket and adapter output is connected to the device power inlet wire. | |
| Jerky motion of massage heads /Vibrations from the device | Excessive pressure may have been applied to the device. Reduce the load and try again. |
| Infra-red lights are on but no motion from massage heads | The device may be jammed. Remove pressure/load from the device and press the ‘Power’ button to try again. |
