Keep your wireless earphones in close proximity to your cell phone. The TITAN works much better if it has a clear line of sight to your cell phone. Assuming there are no obstacles between your cell phone and the TITAN, it has a range of about 10 meters. Beyond this distance, the connection may become less reliable, and sound quality may deteriorate.

Reconnect the headset

  1. If the connection is lost, your TITAN will attempt to reconnect automatically.
  2. If your wireless earphone is not able to reconnect automatically, press the MFB once or use your cell phone’s Bluetooth settings to reconnect manually.

Common problems and solutions
The cell phone does not detect the TITAN

Solutions

  1. Confirm that the wireless earphone is turned on and in pairing mode. If the blue and red LEDs are flashing alternately, the earphone is in pairing mode.
  2. If the wireless earphone is turned on but still can’t be found on your Bluetooth device, restart both the cell phone and the wireless earphone and then try again.

After connecting the wireless earphones to your mobile phone, you experience disconnections or low sound quality. Solutions:

  1. This wireless earphone may have a low battery. Recharge the device as needed.
  2. There may be an obstacle between your cell phone and the wireless earphone. Ensure this is not the case. You should be aware that your hand may obstruct communication if you are holding it against the TITAN. Make sure the line of communication is clear of any obstruction between these two devices.
  3. Your wireless earphones may be out of range. Try moving it closer to your cell phone for best results.

How to use the wireless earphones to listen to music or chat on the computer?
If your computer has a Bluetooth function, simply open it and search for the wireless earphone. If your computer does not have a Bluetooth function, then you will need a wireless adapter in order to connect your computer to the TITAN. We recommend IVT wireless adapters.

What’s the Bluetooth pairing password?
The Bluetooth pairing password is 0000. Only a very small proportion of cell phones require manual password entry. Most cell phones enter this password automatically.

The red light is not on when charging Solutions: If the Bluetooth earphone has not been used for a long time, it may need to be charged. Try charging the TITAN for 30 minutes. The red light should come on again.
