Bluetooth Pairing Instructions
- Remove both earbuds from their charging case. They will begin auto-pairing with each other.
- Take your earbuds at 3 feet from your cell phone (just for Bluetooth pairing). Allow Bluetooth on your device by going to the Settings. Select “Sound mates” from the Bluetooth devices list to link the earbuds with your device. Once paired, you’ll hear “Device Connected.” Your Sound mates are now ready for use!

Charging Your Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds using the included USB-C cable.
- The LED indicator on the case will turn red while charging.
- A blue light appears once fully charged.
Pairing with Your Device
- Remove the earbuds from the case.
- Press and hold both earbuds’ touch panels for 3 seconds until they flash.
- Open Bluetooth settings and select “Tzumi ProBuds V2.”
Touch- Control Functions
- CALLING/MUSIC ANSWER/END CALL: Tap RIGHT or LEFT earbud 2 times
- REJECTING A CALL: Tap and hold your Right or Left Earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt sound
- PLAY/PAUSE: Tap RIGHT or LEFT earbud 2 times
- NEXT SONG: Tap the RIGHT earbud 3 times
- REWIND/PREVIOUS SONG: Tap the LEFT earbud 3 times
How to Turn ON/OFF
ON
- Remove the earbuds from their charging box. Both earbuds’ LEDs will flash blue.
- If the earphones are not in the charging case or are switched off, touch the RIGHT or LEFT earbud for 5 seconds until the blue LEDs flash and you hear “Power On.”
OFF
- Place your earbuds back in the charging case.
- Tap either earbud for a few seconds until you hear “Power off.”
- Remove the earphones from their charging case. Both earbuds’ LEDs will flash blue.
- If the earphones are not in the charging case or are switched off, touch the RIGHT or LEFT earbud for 5 seconds until the blue LEDs flash and you hear “Power On.”
