You can find instructions for setting up your Philips universal remote control here:

  • Turn on the device you want to operate.
  • Press and hold the “Set” button until the red light turns on, then release the “Set” button.
  • Press and release the desired mode button (TV, DVR, etc.).
  • The signal indicator flashes and then stays on.
