Noise Cancellation Mode and Ambient Mode

ANC button
Press Toggle between Noise Cancellation once Mode and Ambient Mode. Noise Cancellation Mode: Our hybrid noise canceling technology and optimized passive isolation can suppress (~30dB) wide-band ambient noise Ambient Mode: Allows you to hear sounds around you even while wearing your ALPHA.

Conversation Mode

ALPHA will lower the volume and go into Ambient Mode while you place your hand on the right ear cup – for quick conversations with flight attendants or people around you.

Quick Start Guide

1. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on your ALPHA
   1. ALPHA will go into pairing mode automatically when powered ON for the first time (if you need to manually go into pairing mode, please follow the steps in the Bluetooth pairing section)
   2.  ALPHA will automatically connect to the last connected device if it is in range and available for pairing.
2. Find “Cleer ALPHA” on the Bluetooth device list.
3. Choose “Clear ALPHA” to connect

WARRANTY

Clear Limited Warranty
Clear Limited warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for (1) year as set forth below when purchased directly from Cleer Limited or a Cleer Limited retailer. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Clear Limited will, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Labor: For a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product (“Labor Warranty”), Clear Limited will, at its option, repair or replace with a new or refurbished product, a product determined to be defective. If Cleer Limited elects to replace the product after this Labor Warranty has expired but while the parts warranty is still in the effect, it will do so for the applicable labor charge. Parts: For a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product (“Parts Warranty”), Clear Limited will supply new or refurbished replacement parts in exchange for parts determined to be defective.

CLEER LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET THE CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE USE OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM CLEER LIMITED OR ELSEWHERE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY.

Cleer+ App

The Cleer+ app gives you more customized control over your ALPHA, download the Cleer+ app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). With the Cleer+ app, you can:

•  Turn on and off the Ambient Noise Control.
• Real-time tuning of the Ambient Noise Control level and turning ON/OFF adaptive ANC.
• Customize the equalizer setting of your ALPHA.
• Change the auto-power-off time period to your preference.
• Change the Bluetooth name of your ALPHA.
• Receive software updates when new features and improvements are available.
• Check the playback time and battery level of your ALPHA.
•  Sound settings are saved to your ALPHA, so you can enjoy it with any playback device connected to your ALPHA.

2.  ALPHA is ON, Press and hold the power button until the LED blinks blue.
