GET STARTED

CAUTION

  • Do not short circuit the terminals.
  • When carrying a battery case containing alkaline batteries, place the battery case in the supplied carrying poach.
  • Remove the batteries when not using the battery case for a long period.
  • Transmit using low power.
  • Do not use rechargeable batteries or manganese batteries.
  • Do not change the batteries in hazardous and/or wet locations.
  • Do not mix old batteries with new batteries. Likewise, do not mix different types of batteries.
  • This product is not water resistant.

OPENING THE BATTERY CASE

To open the battery case, lift the cover while pushing both lock levers.

  • Insert six AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries into the battery case.
  • Be sure to match the polarities with those marked in the bottom of the battery case.
  • When installing alkaline batteries into the battery case, insert them from the negative (–) side.
  • When removing alkaline batteries from the battery case, lift them from the positive (+) side.

INSTALLING/ REMOVING THE BATTERY CASE

  • To install/ remove the battery case to/from the transceiver, refer to “Installing/ Removing the Battery Pack” in the transceiver Instruction manual.
  • When changing the batteries, remove the battery case from the transceiver before opening the battery case.

INSTALLING THE BELT CLIP

When attaching a belt clip to the battery case, refer to “Installing the Belt Clip” in the transceiver instruction manual.
