Quick Start Guide
- Run a coaxial cable from your antenna to the ANT. In port on the EyeTV 200
- EyeTV 200 can be directly connected to a cable line, to receive basic (unscrambled/ non-encrypted analog) cable: Run a coaxial cable from your cable TV port to the ANT. In port on the EyeTV 200.
- EyeTV 200 can be connected to a cable box or satellite receiver in two ways:
- If your cable box/satellite receiver has audio and video output connectors, attach a stereo audio cable (usually colored red & white) from your equipment’s audio outputs to the audio inputs on the EyeTV 200 (labeled L AUDIO R). Connect a yellow composite video cable between the cable box/satellite receiver’s video output and the video input on the EyeTV 200. For improved picture quality, use an S-Video cable instead of the composite cable.
- If your cable box/satellite receiver has an RF output, connect a coaxial cable from the cable box/satellite receiver’s output to the ANT. In port on the EyeTV 200. EyeTV will pick up the signal, usually on channel 3 or 4.
