Pairing to Switch

  • On your Switch, from the home page, enter the System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Select Pro Controller Wired Communication.
  • On the controller, Hold the “Y” and press the “home” button at the same time to enter pairing. The LEDs will race from right to left when it is ready to pair.
  • The Switch will auto-detect the controller and connect after about 5 seconds. The controller is connected when the indicator light turns solid.

Bluetooth Pairing

  • On the controller, Hold the “_” button and press the “home” button at the same time to enter pairing. The first two Bluetooth indicator lights will flash.
  • Pair with “Atrix Controller 01” on your device.
  • When pairing is successful the two Bluetooth indicator lights will turn solid.
  • When PC gaming be sure to use the in-game settings for controller setup. This can typically be found in the settings section of the software. Note: This controller is compatible with Android 4.0 or newer and just for HID (Human Interface Device) gaming, it is not compatible with iPhone.

Using the Controller Wired
To use the Controller wired for PC gaming, plug the USB-C end of the cable into the controller and plug the USB-A end into your computer.

Recalibrating the Motion Sensor

  • To recalibrate the motion sensor, turn the controller off and press the “.” button and “B” button at the same time.
  • All four LEDs will start to flash alternatively, when this happens place the controller on a sturdy flat surface and press the “+” button.
  • The calibration will automatically complete after 3 seconds.

Troubleshooting

  • If the controller will not turn on, it may be out of battery. Re-charge it and try again.
  • If the controller is disconnecting make sure you are not too far away and there is nothing blocking the controller from the device it is connected to.
  • If the controller joysticks are drifting turn the controller on and off to reset it.
  • The controller is not capable of hot swapping, when switching function modes start with the controller turned off.
  • If you are having issues where the controller connection drops intermittently you may be experiencing interference. The controller is designed to use the 2.4GHz wireless range.
  • Many other devices such as Wi-Fi routers, smart thermostats, and wireless speakers may also be using this frequency in your home and causing interference. Here are some options to reduce the chance of interference:
    • A. Reduce the number of nearby wireless devices in your gaming area.
    • B. Try temporarily disconnecting your wifi or unplugging it and then play a game offline to see if the issue still persists.
    • C. Try and maintain at least a 5ft distance of a Wi-Fi router or satellite router from the gaming area.
Using the Turbo Function
  • To use the turbo function hold the button you would like to enter rapidly, and at the same time press the “turbo” button.
  • Hold the button and press the “turbo button at the same time again to turn the function off.

Factory Reset the Controller

  • If you’re having issues disconnecting the controller from a device, it can be factory reset.
  • On the back right side of the controller there is a small hole, use a paperclip to press the button inside. It will click when pressed.
  • This will reset the controller, it will need to be reconnected to any device it was previously connected to.
