Replace the battery when the LED indicator blinks continuously.

Pairing the 3D glasses with your TV

This product uses RF (radio frequency) technology. To prevent interference from other TVs, the 3D glasses need to be paired with your 3D TV the first time they are used. After pairing, the 3D glasses receive the 3D signal of the paired TV only. You can use the glasses with another TV if you pair them with it. You will need to pair them again if you want to use them with your original TV.

How to pair your glasses with your TV:

  1. Turn on the TV, then set the TV to 3D mode (refer to the TV manual).
  2. Press and hold the Power/mode button on the 3 glasses for 6 seconds. The LED indicator will blink if pairing has started. When pairing is in progress, the LED indicator blinks continuously. The LED indicator will turn itself off when the pairing is successful. If the pairing has failed, the LED indicator will keep blinking until the 3D glasses enter standby.
  3. The 3D glasses will begin to function if the pairing is completed. You will notice the dark tint of the lenses changing.

Notes:

  • Ensure your TV and the 3D glasses are no farther than 1 meter apart from each other while pairing is in process. Power off any other TVs that are located within 3 to 5 meters, or exit their 3D mode to avoid pairing the wrong 3D TV.
  • Complete step 1 and 2 within 60 seconds, otherwise, the 3D glasses will enter standby mode automatically. The 3D glasses will enter standby if no signal is available within 60 seconds.
  • If the pairing procedure has failed, there may be no signal from the transmitter or there may be a problem with the signal. Check you are following all the instructions and try again.
  • Pairing might be needed again after TV is repaired.
  • Make sure your battery is not discharged.

Using your 3D glasses

  • Power on/off (standby): Press the Power/mode button. The LED indicator will blink once when the 3D glasses are powered on and ready to receive a signal. Press and hold the button for 6 seconds to enter standby mode.
  • There are three modes for the 3D glasses: 3D mode, right eye mode and left eye mode. 3D mode is the default mode and is used when watching TV. The right and left modes are used for gaming. They let two players use the whole screen at the same time (each player sees only their own dedicated screen).
  1. Press Power/mode briefly to set the glasses to 3D mode.
  2. In 3D mode, press Power/mode for 1s to set the glasses to left eye mode.
  3. In left eye or right eye mode, press Power/ mode for 1s to switch between left eye and right eye modes. Press Power/mode for 6s to set the glasses to standby.

Troubleshooting

There is no 3D effect after the 3D glasses are powered on:

  • Make sure the 3D glasses are less than 6 metres away from the TV.
  • Make sure the TV is in 3D mode.
  • Check if the pairing is completed or not by pressing and holding Power/mode for 6 seconds.
  • Replace the battery if it is discharged.

The 3D image is flashing or flickering:

  • The battery is nearly discharged. Replace it with a new one.
  • There is light interference around, such as strong magnetic fluorescent light (50/60Hz). If interference happens, turn off the light.
