  4. Side-load the JSON file into VIA and use tweezers (not included in the kit) to short the two ends of the socket, the corresponding key will light up on the VIA to indicate that it can work normally. After testing, you can press and hold FN+Z for three seconds, then manually connect to the Bluetooth of the computer. If the PCB can work normally after unplugging the coiled cable that means the Bluetooth connection is successful.

Use a brush to apply 205+105 grease on both sides of the stabilizer stem and BDZ grease on two ends of the steel wire. Then put the steel wire into the stabilizer stem and press it down from bottom to top. (The mass-produced stabilizers are different, the following pictures are for reference only).

The next step is to install the stabilizers. You need to attach the stabilizer pads on the PCB first and then install the stabilizer on the PCB. (Note: The larger hole is for the stabilizer feet while the smaller hole is for the screw) The correct installation is that the stabilizer feet are completely exposed, and then tighten the screws.

  13. Pay attention to the position of the pins when installing the switches. Since the material of the PC plate is soft, it is easy for the switches to not press in place. You need to use tweezers to adjust the PC plate.

Reminder: If your keycaps are rubbing against the case, you just have to adjust the plate and PCB assembly a little.
