Product Overview
Power On/Off
- Power On : Press and hold the (+) Button and (-) Button for 1 second

How to Use the 2talk Headset
Create a SIP Device in 2talk Control Panel
- Log in at 2talk Portal
- Add a new device and note your SIP username, password, and server address
Install a Softphone App
- Recommended: Zoiper (iOS/Android/Windows/macOS)
- Install and open the app
Configure SIP Settings
- Input the provided credentials into your softphone
- Use server:
nz.sip.2talk.co.nz
orau.sip.2talk.co.nz
Connect Your Headset
- Plug in or pair your headset
- Select it as the default microphone and speaker in the softphone app
Make a Test Call
- Use the softphone’s test call feature or call another number to confirm clarity
Phone, Music Pairing
Initially Pairing the headset
The headset will automatically enter the phone pairing mode when you initially turn on the headset or in the following situation:
Rebooting after executing Factory Reset
- Press the (+) Button and (-) Button.
- Search for Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone. Select the Snowtalk2 in the list of the devices detected on the mobile phone.
- Enter 0000 for the PIN. Some mobile phones may not ask for the PIN.
Music Operation
- Play or pause music: Press the (R) Button for 1 second.
- Trackback: Press the (-) Button for 1 second.
- Track forward: Press the (+) Button for 1 second.
Volume Adjustment
- (+) Button – Increase the volume (-) Button – Decrease the volume
Mobile Phone Call Making and Answering
- Answering a call: Tap the (R) Button
- Ending a call: Press the (R) for 2 seconds.
- Voice dial: Press the (R) for 3 seconds.
- Speed dial: Press the (+) Button for 3 seconds.
- Rejecting a call: Press the (+) Button for 2 seconds.
- Voice dial: Press the (R) for 3 seconds.
- Speed dial: Press the (+) Button for 3 seconds.
- Rejecting a call: Press the (+) Button for 2 seconds.
Intercom
Intercom Pairing
- Press and hold the (R) Button of two headsets for 5 seconds until red LEDs of both units start to flash rapidly.
- Simply tap the (R) Button of any one of the two headsets.
- Intercom Start/End : Tap the (R) Button
