Quick Starting
NOTICE Before Starting Using Skvzoo Frame

  • The frame is NON-BATTERY powered. Use only the included power supply and keep it plugged in when using it.
  • The photo frame only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and doesn’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure the frame is connected to the internet when adding friends or sharing photos via the BiuFrame APP.
  • Upload up to 20 photos or videos of max 15s at a time via the APP. Or use a TF card (Maximum 64GB) to import unlimited photos at a time (Please go to Albums to find the TF Card Storage when TF inserted). Also, you can send your photos and videos of max 30MB as attachments to your “Frame Email'” (Please go to Settings>Friends>Frame Email).
  • TF card is used for importing and exporting photos. TF card can be read directly. The frame only supports the “Fat32/NTFS” drive format.
  • Always use the frame to manage the photos and videos. (BiuFrame APP can’t manage frame photos)
  • The frame default set sleep mode starts at 9:00 pm and ends at 7:00 am each day.
  • Please reset the photo frame to protect your privacy before returning the photo frame (Please go to Settings>About>Factory Reset). If you need any help when installing or using the digital frame, here are the ways to follow:

Now Let’s Start Using the Skyzoo Frame!

Plug In The Power Supply

  1. Flip over the photo frame and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Screw the two screws into the Slots for Stand.
  3. The frame can be placed in landscape, portrait, or hang up through the hanging hole.
  4. Plug one end of the AC Power Adapter into the DC jack of the photo frame, then plug the other end into a socket.

The photo frame will power on automatically once plugged in.
How to turn on/off the skyzoo frame?
Please press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds (until the screen turns on) after connecting the power adapter. Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to access the reboot or power off the menu when it is on. A short press on the power button will turn off/on the screen. Tips: Please use the ORIGINAL adapter we provided to supply the power.

Wall Mounting Guide

Before installation, make sure you have the following accessories and tools.

  1. Make sure the following accessories are included in the package:

  2. Make sure you have the following tools on hand:
    • Electric hand drill
    • Hammer
    • Phillip’s screwdriver

Installing the Metal Wall Mount
The metal bracket has two parts, one fixed to the wall and the other fixed to the back of the photo frame.

  1. Determine the installation location Place the photo frame against the wall, ensuring there is proper space between the four sides of the frame and the wall.
  2. Ensure the mounting holes Remove the photo frame and determine the wall mount’s installation position according to the photo frame’s position. Attach the wall mount to the wall with the big opening facing up, and mark the four mounting holes of the wall mount on the wall. Use the electric drill to drill holes into the wall.

Install the anchors
Use a hammer to tap the four anchors into the four holes drilled in the previous step.

Attach the wall mount to the wall with the big opening facing up, and then drive the four long screws into the anchors to fix the wall mount on the wall.

Installing the Frame Back Bracket

  1. Lay the photo frame face-down on a flat surface. The power button should be in the upper left corner.
  2. Align the metal frame on the back of the photo frame with the four threaded interfaces. Place the spring washer and tighten the four short screws into each interface. Note: The frame can be hung horizontally or vertically, just adjust the direction of the back bracket.

Fix the photo frame on the wall

  1. Plug the power cord into the DC IN port on the frame.
  2. Hold the frame with the display facing you.
  3. Place the frame backrest slightly above the wall mount, align the hole slot of the wall mount, and slowly slide down to hang the frame on the wall. Please make sure the frame is securely fixed and then hang it on the wall.

Launch The Frame

  1. The frame will automatically power on after connecting the power.
  2. Frame Quick setup
    • When starting your frame for the first time, you will need to set up the frame.
    • Select a language. This will be the language used on the frame.
    • Download APP. Scan the QR Code on the frame or search “BiuFrame” in the APP Store.
    • Connect the frame to the internet by connecting it to Wi-Fi. Skip this step if you just want to share photos and videos via a TF card.
    • Congratulations! The frame is connected successfully. There will be your “Frame ID” and “Frame Email” if the frame has connected internet.

    •  This frame can’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi and WPA3.
    • Enter the hidden Wi-Fi name and password by the “Add network” button which is at the bottom of the show connecting Wi-Fi.
    • Make sure you have entered the correct password.
    • Please contact us by email at support@skyzoo.net if the frame can’t be connected to the network.
  3. When you see the following screen, it’s ready to add friends and photos!
