How to Pair Probuds V2?
- Take up both Probuds V2 earbuds from the charging box. They will begin auto-pairing with each other.
- Retain the Probuds V2 earbuds within 3 feet of your smartphone. Go to the Settings section on your device to enable Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth device list, select “Soundmates” to link the earbuds to your device.
- Once paired, you will hear the voice “Device Connected.” Probus V2 Pairing is finished!
- Now, your soulmates are ready to use Probuds V2.
Bluetooth Pairing Instructions
- Remove both earbuds from their charging case. They will begin auto-pairing with each other.
- Take your earbuds at 3 feet from your cell phone (just for Bluetooth pairing). Allow Bluetooth on your device by going to the Settings. Select “Soundmates” from the Bluetooth devices list to link the earbuds with your device. Once paired, you’ll hear “Device Connected.” Your Soundmates are now ready for use!
How Can I Reset My Probuds V2?
- If your Soundmates do not pair, pop them back in the charging case. When you remove them from the case again, they will automatically pair.
- To reset the Master Earbud, hold the multifunction button on both earbuds until the LEDs alternate between red and blue.
- The reset process is complete if the Probuds V2 earbuds can also reconnect!

If your Soulmates don’t pair, return them to their charging case when you take them out of the case again. They will automatically pair.

- CALLING/MUSIC ANSWER/ENDING CALL: Tap the right or left earbud two times.
- To reject a call, Tap and hold your right or left earbud for 2 seconds until you hear the prompt sound.
- PLAY/PAUSE: Tap the right or left earbud two times.
- NEXT SONGS: Tap the right earbud three times.
- REWIND OR PREVIOUS SONG: Tap the left earbud three times.
Calling/Music Answer/End Call
- Tap the right or left earbud two times.
- She is rejecting a call.
- Tap and hold the right or left earbud for two seconds until you hear the prompt sound.
Next Song
- Tap the right earbud three times.
Rewind Previous Song
- Tap the left earbud three times.
Voice Assistant
Tap and hold the RIGHT or LEFT earbud for 2 seconds until you hear a prompt tone that activates the Voice Assistant/Siri function. This function may not work on all devices.

How Can I Adjust the Volume on Probuds V2?
To enhance volume, press the multi-function button twice in a row, belongings it down on the second press. To minimise volume, press the multi-function button 3 times in a row, holding it down on the third push.
