Using the override key
DO NOT STORE KEY IN SAFE!
Installation
Installing the batteries
- When ‘Lo-bAT’ appears replace with new batteries.
Set/re-set your user code
- Minimum 4 digits – maximum 8 digits.
NOTE: Safe must be in the unlocked setting to set user code and the override key must be turned fully clockwise.
To set user code, first press the TICK key. Keeping finger on the TICK key, press the number 3. When the code has been set, lock the safe using the override key.
Setting/ re-setting the Master Code (IMPORTANT)
- Factory pre-set Master Code is 0000
Closing the safe
- First set up: Safe will not close by using the user code until the safe has been closed using the override key.
- If the safe is unlocked using the user code then the safe must be locked using the user code.
NOTE: If the safe is unlocked using the override key then the safe must be locked using the override key
Opening the safe
- Three wrong codes = alarm and safe will be locked down for one minute
- Re-activating the interior light
- If the internal batteries are completely dead Please make sure to use a high quality 9V battery.
- Show/hide digits while entering code
