Important Safety Instructions

1.  Before connecting the device to the power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with the unit.
2.  Before using, ensure that the adapters and the product are compatible with the power supply.
3. Always unplug the device from the power source when the appliance is not in use, or before cleaning.
4. DO NOT put the device in water or in other liquids.
5.  DO NOT use the device for more than on hour at a time. Wait for 30 minutes prior to using the device again following a one-hour session with the device.

Using The Vibrating Foam Roller

Charging & Discharging

1.  To charge, plug the charger into the charging interface and connect the power supply.
2. It is best to not wait until the battery is completely empty to charge the device.
3.  The average charging time is 5 hours .
4.  Please turn the device OFF prior to putting the device away for storage or traveling
5.  To discharge the device, connect the device to the USB port located in the back.

Operating

1.  Turn on the switch, and the power indicator light will be on. Press the power button, and the unit will start to vibrate at the first gear speed, and at the same time the first-speed indicator light is on.
2.  To adjust the speed, press the power button. The device changes speed each time you press the power button.
3.  Press the MODE button can be switch to constant speed and variable speed.
4. The device automatically turns off every 15 minutes during use. Press the power button again to continue using the device.
5. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to return to the standby state during use.

Product Care & Maintenance

1. When the product is dirt, please do not rinse it. Wipe gently with a wet. towel. Please be careful not to use alcohol or irritating liquid to wipe.
2. The integrated batteries are not designated for exchange or removal by the users. If problems with the power supply should occur, please contact the service center.
3.  If the device malfunctions, please do not try to repair or to fix it by taking the device apart yourself. This leads to the automatic expiration of the warranty.
4.  The adapter must be removed from the power socket before cleaning, servicing, and maintenance or before moving the appliance.
