Initial Setup Configuration initial

To use the controller, plug the USB cable into the Nintendo Switch dock. If the Home button LED on the controller is not illuminated, unplug and again plug the USB cable into the dock.

Audio Setup

Plug the 3.5 mm jack of the headset/headphones directly into the 3.5mm port on the controller.

Notice
Please make sure the volume on the Nintendo Switch OS is above 0%. The Nintendo Switch only supports 1 audio output at a
time. When connecting a headset/headphone to the controller, audio via HDMI-connected devices (e.g. TV, amp, etc.) will be
disabled. When connecting more than one USB audio device, only the first device will have audio output.

Re-connect the controller by pressing L and R when prompted by the Nintendo Switch, and audio will start playing through the headset/headphones.

Control Volume

While holding down the function button, press the D-Pad Up/Down to adjust the volume.

Notice
The volume controls only adjust the volume output by the controller, and not the volume level of the Nintendo Switch OS. Adjust the Nintendo Switch OS volume in the console settinas.

Mute Microphone

Press the function button twice to mute your microphone. To unmute your microphone, press the function twice again.

Program Back Buttons

While holding down the function button, press the back button you would like to map a function to and the function button LED will start flashing.

TIP
To disable the back button, double-tap the back button while holding down the function button.

Press any button you would like mapped and the function button LED will flash 3 times indicating a successfully mapped function.

Coverage and Term
PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.

Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions
The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Additional Information for Australian Consumers 
PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
