GET STARTED

  • Plug the headset’s 3.5mm aux jack into the aux port at the base of your PS4 Wireless controller.
  • Check your audio settings to ensure that your AG 6 headset is selected as the assigned audio device. From the PS4 home menu, go to “Settings”> select “Devices”> set your “Volume Control” to a desirable level> select “Output to Headphones”> select “All Audio”

From here, you can also adjust your headset’s volume. To adjust your headset’s mic sensitivity from the PS4 home screen, access the home menu> select “Settings”> select “Devices”> select “Audio Devices”> select “Microphone Level” and adjust your microphone levels to preference

LIMITED WARRANTY

Coverage and Term

  • PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.

Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions

  • The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs or handling.
