Charging the charging case

Connect the USB charging cable to a computer USB port and the Micro USB plug to the charging port of the device. The LED light fishes blue rapidly. It takes around 4 hours to fully charge. When the battery is fully charged, the LED light will stay blue.
The charging case will charge the earbuds when it is charged.

Charging the earbuds

Put the earbuds into the charging case (please put the “right” unit in the slot with “R” mark, put the “left” unit in the slot with “l” mark) for automatic charging. The earbud’s red LED light turns on while the earbuds are charging. lt takes about 4 hours to fully charge. When the battery is fully charged, the LED light will turn blue. 1 minute later the LED light will turn off.
When both earbuds are fully charged, the charging case will turn off the charging function automatically and turn to standby.

 Power on
The earbuds will automatically flash red and blue to indicate it’s in pairing mode when you pick them up from the charging case.

Left and right unit pairing

After power on, the left and right unit will automatically pair. Once paired successfully, you will hear an indication voice “Connected”, the right LED light will fiash red and blue alternately, the left LED will fiash blue slowly. You just need power on the two units and pairing will be automatic.

Pairing with device

Activate the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device (phone or music device). Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for instructions on enabling Bluetooth on your device.
Once you have activated Bluetooth on your device, select the “Bl3-TW” from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
I/required, enter the password ‘0000’ to confirm & finalize pairing.

Both units support voice calls.

  • Power on: Hold the Power Button of right and left unit for 3 seconds to power on.
  • Pairing: Automatic pair of the two units.
  • Reject incoming call: Hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to reject incoming call.
  • Play/Pause: Short press any Power Button to pause playing music during music play.
  • End a call: Short press any Power Button to end a call while calling.
  • Redial last number: Double press any Power Button to redial the last number.

Will Maxell headphones work with iPhone?
Using the Maxell Headphone Microphone 3.5mm Jack, you can connect your Blackberry, HTC, iPhone, LG, Motorola or other mobile devices for instant listening and talking. Maxell earbuds are small and light, making them easy to carry in your purse or pocket.

How often do I use headphones?
Noise from deaf ears can be 100% avoided if you don’t use it for a long time or hear it very loudly. Doctors recommend the 60 / 60 minute rule: Listen to music or play movies or video games at no more than 60% of maximum volume. Limit the time you wear in-ear headphones to 60 minutes.

How to use Maxell earplugs?
Short press the power button to end the call. When a call comes in, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to reject the call and press and hold the volume plus and minus keys to adjust the volume. Press the power button to select play/pause song.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Maxell warrants this product to be free from all defects for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage due to accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect. This Warranty only applies to personal and individual use of the product and not for commercial, institutional or any other use.

Any defective item will be replaced, at no charge, upon reasonable confirmation by Maxell of its defective condition, if returned with proof of purchase to an authorized Maxell dealer or directly to Maxell Warranty Replacement, 3 Garret Mountain Plaza, Suite 300, Woodland Park, New Jersey 07424. Neither Maxell nor any authorized Maxell dealer shall be liable for consequential damages arising from this Warranty unless otherwise provided by law.
