If your headset is not working, please adjust the headset volume on the control cable. Make sure the headphones are not turned off. The sound light will flash when the sound is activated. Check the USB cable connected to the computer. Try using another USB port on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Power plug products are designed for use in the United States. Installation Method

Your Logitech USB headset enhances business communication with its full stereo sound and noise canceling microphone. Plugging in the headset is easy as it is connected to a Windows 7 USB drive. Just plug in your headphones and get started. You may run into problems if you have other headphones, speakers, or microphones set as devices first, but you can quickly fix this in the Windows 7 sound settings.

  1. Plug the Logitech headset USB cable into your computer’s USB port and wait a few seconds for the device to load.
  2. Right-click the sound icon in the Windows 7 notification area and select Playback Devices.
  3. Right-click the Logitech USB headset in the playback device list and select “Set as Default”.
  4. Click the Information tab
  5. Right-click Logitech Headphones in the system files list and select Set as Default Device
  6. Click Apply and then OK.

Troubleshooting

Headset not working

  • Adjust the headset volume on the cable control.
  • Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light flashes when mute has been activated.
  • Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub.
  • In your application and operating system, check the volume and microphone settings.
  • Restart your application.
  • Close all applications and make sure the headset is the default input/output device for your operating system:
